The annual increase to members’ pensions is due with effect from 1 January 2022 and will be included in the January payment. The Scheme Administrator issues individual letters to each pensioner to confirm the increase that applies to their pension. This letter is normally sent out in early January; however, this year due to operational issues, the letters have not yet been issued. Capita have confirmed that the letters are due to be issued on 12 January so they should be received by the end of this week.
