Your Trustee Board

We are responsible for the proper running of the Reuters Pension Fund. Our duties range from the investment of assets to the correct payment of benefits. At all times we act in line with the Fund’s Trust Deed and Rules.
We act in the best interests of all of the Fund’s beneficiaries.

I am an experienced independent professional trustee with over 30 years’ experience in the pensions industry. Early in my career I qualified as an actuary, and worked with an employee benefits firm on a variety of domestic and international employee benefits assignments. I then held senior roles in the executive management teams of two of the largest private sector pension schemes in the UK – the Barclays UK Retirement Fund and the BT Pension Scheme.

Since becoming a Professional Trustee in 2017, I have represented BESTrustees on a number of schemes, primarily in the financial services sector, and with assets ranging from £200m-£20bn.  My appointments include chairing of the London Stock Exchange Group Pension Scheme and the Reuters Supplementary Pension Scheme.

I am a fully accredited member of the Association of Professional Pension Trustees.
