We wrote to members in January 2026 to advise that a vacancy was due to arise on the Managing Committee of the RPF, and the Board of Reuters Pension Fund Limited for a Member Nominated Trustee (MNT), at the end of March 2026. Eligible members were invited to nominate themselves for the role.
The nomination window closed on 10 February 2026. The nominees met with a selection panel of the existing Trustee Directors, and 4 were put through to a ballot of eligible members. The ballot ran to 25 March 2026.
Sue Clark, the incumbent MNT, received the highest number of votes and will therefore be re-elected and will continue as an MNT for a further term.
