Read moreInitially, the Trustee undertook an address tracing exercise to ensure they hold the latest address for the non-pensioner membership to ensure all future correspondence reaches as many members of the Fund as possible. This exercise was conducted by Lumera, who are a tracing specialist. If the details held by the Trustee differed to that found during this tracing exercise you may have been contacted by Lumera to confirm some of your details.
Following on from this the Trustee is looking to undertake a data verification exercise to ensure its records are up to date and to assist the Fund administrators in paying the correct benefits to you and your dependants in future. The Trustee has asked Isio as administrator of the Fund to verify the data held on file for you. We previously informed you of this exercise in our annual newsletter and again here on the website so you can be assured this is a genuine request from the Trustee. We will be writing out to non-pensioner members of the Fund shortly, where further details will be provided on the process and how you can respond.
