Member Nominated Trustees nomination process

You should have received earlier this month a communication regarding the current vacancy on the Managing Committee and the Trustee Board of RPF for a Member Nominated Trustee ("MNT").

All members should have received a nomination pack containing the following documents:

  • Cover letter explaining the nomination process
  • Trustee role description
  • Nomination form; and
  • Biography form

It has been brought to our attention that some members received incomplete nomination packs. If you have not received a nomination pack you should contact Claudia Bunney, RPF Scheme Secretary, as soon as possible. If your pack did not include all the documentation detailed above you can access and print the missing documentation by clicking the documents on the right.

Just a reminder that on this occasion, only pensioners (being former contributory members now in receipt of a pension from RPF) can stand for election in respect of this vacancy; although all members can nominate and vote for their preferred candidate. Any pensioner member wishing to stand as a candidate for the current MNT vacancy must send completed Nomination and Biography forms to the Electoral Reform Services.

The Forms must be received by 5:00 pm on Monday 4 November 2013.
