Upcoming retirement of Greg Meekings, as Trustee Chair
After 18 years as Trustee Chair, Greg Meekings has decided to retire. With the support of the rest of the Trustee Board, fellow Trustee Catherine Redmond representing BESTrustees will be appointed by the scheme’s sponsor, London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG), to replace him in March 2023.

2022 annual increase to pensions
Every year the Scheme Administrator issues individual letters to each pensioner to confirm the annual increase that applies to their pension with effect from 1 January. The letter is normally sent out in early January. This year due to operational issues, the letters have not yet been issued.
