Trustees meet Thomson Reuters and Blackstone

The Trustees of Reuters Pension Fund and Reuters Supplementary Pension Scheme have met representatives of Thomson Reuters and Blackstone to discuss and clarify some points in relation to the sale of a majority interest in Thomson Reuters’ Financial and Risk division to Blackstone.

Proposals from the two companies concerning the two funds are being considered by the Trustees and their advisers.
