Thomson Reuters/Blackstone transaction

The Trustees of RPF and SPS continue to hold detailed discussions with Thomson Reuters and Blackstone.

The discussions are making good progress and are being conducted in a positive atmosphere. The Trustees hope to be in a position to make a more informative statement in the near future.
