Thomson Reuters/Blackstone transaction: agreement reached for RPF and SPS

The Trustees of RPF and SPS are pleased to announce that a Heads of Agreement has now been agreed with Thomson Reuters and Blackstone on terms that the Trustees think are fair and reasonable. The formal agreement is now being drafted. Full details of the agreement will follow on completion of the Thomson Reuters/Blackstone transaction to form a new company - Refinitiv - on which the agreement is predicated.
