New call centre for member enquiries

From Tuesday 10 March Capita, the Scheme Administrator, will route all member help desk calls to a new specialist call centre based in Darlington. The contact number - 0800 077 8250 (from overseas +44 (0) 114 273 8397) will remain the same. This new centre is already handling calls from members of over 100 other pension funds.  

The aim of the new call centre is to handle simple enquiries quickly and efficiently in order to reduce the load on the Refinitiv Member Services Team allowing them to concentrate on complex member queries which will continue to be passed to the Team in Sheffield.
