It's great to hear your voice

At the end of any contact with the scheme's administrator (Capita) you should receive a link to a survey, so that you can comment on the service you received. The Trustees take your feedback seriously, monitor the survey and follow-up wherever we think it appropriate. We have just simplified the survey so it should take no more than 1-2 minutes to complete.


We currently only see about 10% of interactions leading to surveys being completed. It would be great to see this figure increase so the results are truly representative of your experiences.
